The President of Turkmenistan has decreed that the “Shipbuilding and Repair Plant “Balkan” Open Joint-Stock Company should build two dry cargo ships for the “Türkmendeňizderýaýollary” Agency of the Transport and Communications Agency.

To strengthen the transportation sector during the period of the Powerful State’s Renewal, the Head of State has ordered the “Türkmendeňizderýaýollary” Agency to enter into a contract with the “Shipbuilding and Repair Plant “Balkan” Open Joint-Stock Company for the fabrication of two dry cargo ships.
