Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the President of Turkmenistan, was in Budapest for a working visit and met with Viktor Orban, the Prime Minister of Hungary. During the gathering, they discussed the potential of increasing their partnership in many areas, such as politics, energy, industry, transportation, communication, and sports.
The two countries first started diplomatic relations in 1992, and ever since then, their friendship and goodwill has only grown stronger. The talks between the President of Turkmenistan and the Prime Minister of Hungary on the 9th of June this year in Ashgabat were a testament to the two countries’ commitment to reinforcing their beneficial partnership.
