President Shavkat Mirziyoyev recently visited Bukhara region and was able to witness the operations of the Bukhoro Agrocluster DZZ, which was constructed with an investment of $6.2 million and includes equipment from Italy and Russia. This complex processes 22 thousand tons of milk per year and produces over 40 products, including kefir, pasteurized milk, cheese, yogurt, cream, and sour cream. These products are sold both on the domestic market and for export.
The President’s visit also marked the opening of a modern laboratory in Bukhara. This lab is designed to help farmers assess the quality of their soil and is equipped with cutting-edge technical equipment and staffed by knowledgeable personnel. This laboratory is part of the successful projects of the agrocluster.
