The focus of the discussion was on the various forms of cooperation between the two nations. During the conversation, they explored potential opportunities for expanding partnerships between regions and implementing joint projects. Ambassador Sardor Rustambayev highlighted the progress made by Uzbekistan through significant reforms in recent years, particularly in creating an attractive environment for foreign investors and entrepreneurs. He also emphasized the long-standing friendship between the two countries and how it has reached a new level, with interregional relations playing a crucial role. The meeting participants also discussed potential collaborations in key areas such as trade, economy, investments, information technology, agriculture, healthcare, tourism, culture, science, and education. They also agreed to work on establishing a sister-city relationship between a city in Uzbekistan and the administrative center of Maharashtra State, Mumbai. Aziza Alimova from UzA was also present at the meeting.
