In a press conference held by the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies, it was reported that Tajikistan has seen a 195,500 ton increase in coal production compared to the same period last year.
This year, 12 enterprises at 9 mines have collectively mined 946,600 tons of coal.
Out of this total, state-owned enterprises produced 369,000 tons while private enterprises produced 577,000 tons.
As of July 1, there is a remaining stock of more than 566,500 tons of coal in industry warehouses, including the leftover balances from previous years.
