In his address at the SCO+ meeting, Tajikistan’s President Emomali Rahmon extended an invitation to observer and dialogue partner states to become a part of the SCO Agreement on Facilitating International Road Transportation.

It is worth mentioning that this significant document, which was signed during the 2014 SCO summit in Dushanbe, promotes an open approach towards transport and logistics.

The agreement aims to establish a new permitting system for the transportation of goods along road routes.
