Leaders from Kyrgyzstan’s national parks, tourist sites, and travel companies visited Namangan region to collaborate on various tourism projects. The two regions held a meeting of tourism entrepreneurs, presented their respective tourism offerings, and signed a memorandum of cooperation. Abdukadir Aliyev, head of the “Destination Osh” Tourism Association, commented, “Namangan is famous for its Flower Festival, which has brought in more tourists than the whole region usually does in a year.” B. Nuriddinov, Deputy Hokim of the region, also attended the events.
