On the Day of Knowledge and Students in Ashgabat, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov of Turkmenistan celebrated another architectural premiere by inaugurating a new complex of buildings of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan. The President of Turkmenistan cut the ceremonial ribbon to open the new facility, which was met with applause from the spectators. He had the opportunity to explore the Academy complex, which was designed to provide the required training and development of senior executives and civil servants in accordance with the current standards.
The Academy, which is an institution for postgraduate education, has two faculties: public administration and advanced training. It also has seven departments: state and international law, civil law, economics and finance, management, digital economy and information technology, social sciences, and foreign languages. Moreover, it offers master’s degree programs in a number of areas.
This year marks the 15th anniversary of the Academy, which was established in accordance with the relevant decree of the head of state. The efficient work of employees of state and local government bodies is essential for the progressive economic progress of the nation and its successful integration into the contemporary global economic system. The Academy has been assigned the serious and responsible task of training, retraining, and enhancing the abilities of specialists who are expected to make a valuable contribution to the prosperity and continued progress of the country.
