SEOUL, Oct. 6 (Yonhap) — Mgen Solutions Co. announced on Friday that it will be issuing stock to bring in 14.3 billion won (US$10.6 million). These funds will be utilized mainly for the purpose of financing its operations.
According to a statement released, the company will be distributing 10 million ordinary shares at a rate of 1,465 won per share. The stock will be sold to the company’s shareholders.
