On Tuesday, Medpacto Inc. declared that it will be offering equity to acquire 115.9 billion won (US$87.3 million). These funds will mainly be utilized to sustain its operations.
As per a regulatory filing, the business will be selling 12.5 million ordinary shares at a rate of 9,270 won per share. These stocks will be distributed to the company’s investors.
