Hungary has expressed its strong appreciation for Turkmenistan’s energy policy, which is based on the principles of diversification and equal cooperation, and is ready to work together in this field.
This was shared during the talks between Turkmenistan’s President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban in Budapest.
Energy was identified as one of the main areas of bilateral collaboration during the meeting.
The importance of Turkmenistan’s strategy of diversifying energy flows and its commitment to developing mutually beneficial partnerships with producers, consumers, and transit countries was highlighted. It was also noted that the European direction is and will remain a priority for Turkmenistan, which is always eager to cooperate with foreign partners in a bilateral or multilateral setting.
