Enhancing Collaboration with the UAE in Public Services

The First Deputy Director of the Civil Service Development Agency under President Otabek Khasanov held a meeting with the Director General of the UAE Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) Laila Obaid Al Suwaidi. Following the visit of a delegation of the Civil Services Development Agency under the President to the UAE earlier this year, an action plan was devised to foster collaboration between the two organizations.

To this end, activities outlined in the action plan have commenced. From September 21 to October 16, the two organizations will collaborate online on the competency model of civil servants, monitoring and evaluation system, Human Maturity Index, working with human resources, human resource management and development.

More specifically, FAHR has recently launched several new products and innovations in human resource management, training, career advancement, remote and hybrid work, and the use of artificial intelligence in digitalization. During the talks, the two organizations discussed potential opportunities for cooperation in these areas.

The leaders of the two organizations expressed their satisfaction with the level of cooperation and outlined plans for the upcoming year 2024.
