The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) organized a Digital Transformation Forum in the Issyk-Kul region of the Kyrgyz Republic. Following the event, the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a workshop to discuss the outcomes.
Attendees of the workshop included staff from the Central Office of the Statistics Agency. The Head of the Department for Coordination of Household Sample Surveys of the Statistics Agency, Bahadir Karshibayev, gave a presentation on the experience, knowledge, and skills gained from the forum. He also discussed the use of digital transformation and statistical data analysis using modern information and communication technology (ICT).
