The President of Turkmenistan has given the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations authorization to make a contract with a repair and construction unit of the Central Department of consumer associations companies for the designing and building of a shopping center in the Turkmen-Uzbek border area of the Dashoguz velayat. This will include the development of the nearby area, as well as the installation of external supply engineering communication systems, electricity and water supply.
Construction is planned to start in July 2023 and the shopping center is predicted to be completely operational by July 2025.
