On Tuesday, Ascendio Co. reported that it will be selling stock in order to obtain 15 billion won (US$11.1 million). The money gained from the stock sale will mainly be used to fund its operations.
According to a regulatory filing, the company is offering 14.8 million common shares at a cost of 1,013 won per share. The stock will be sold to the investors that the firm has chosen.
