Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], March 25 (ANI/PNN): On the 24th of March 2021, the launch of Samurai eSports was held in Hex, Mumbai. At the event, the company’s mission and key players were introduced. The first eGaming squad, Rosters, were also revealed, with their specialty being the game “Valiant”. The company will mentor, guide and help the team to reach International eGaming Tournament standards. This is just the start for the company, and their plan is to expand through various formats and become a major name in the eGaming industry.
The founder of Samurai eSports is Atif Kazi, and the CEO is Premal Mehta. Kazi is a huge enthusiast of eGaming and is known as Samurai, which is the origin of the company’s name. He said, “My love for eGaming has brought me to create Samurai eSports and open up pathways for aspiring eGamers. Our company will provide them with the right training to not only excel at the game, but also compete in national and international tournaments representing Samurai eSports”.
Simar Sethi, the leader of the Valorant Roaster team, began playing CSGO for fun with his friends in 2013. Since then, he has competed in countries such as Dubai, the Philippines, China, and Malaysia. He has also attended an international boot camp in Serbia with players like Hutji, Mir, Chopper, kUcheR, and more.
Mehta, who shares Kazi’s passion and dreams, revealed his plan as CEO: “Samurai ESports is here to not only support young gaming talent. As a bootstrapped company we have invested in scouting the right gaming talent, content creators, and a production team. These teams will help us reach our 5-year plan, which is to create more noteworthy teams across various eGaming formats”.
