DUSHANBE, 29.03.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – The city of Geneva hosted the prominent aviation event “Airspace World 2024”, which saw the participation of 7,000 distinguished experts from 140 different countries. “Airspace World 2024” is globally recognized as the largest and most influential event for airspace and near-space management.
The Republic of Tajikistan was represented by Begijonzoda Loiq, the General Director of SUE “Tajikairnavigation”.
The main objective of Tajikistan’s involvement in this prestigious international event was to exchange knowledge and expertise, elevate the level of aeronautical services, establish beneficial partnerships, explore new supply opportunities, and implement innovative technologies and systems in the provision of air navigation services. Additionally, it aimed to ensure that the enterprise’s activities meet international standards and requirements.
During the Airspace World 2024, Begijonzoda also held productive meetings with several representatives from renowned international aeronautical companies, including Simon Hocquard Hokard, the General Director of CANSO, the Director of European Affairs at CANSO, and the General Director of Era.
During these meetings, both parties expressed interest in expanding cooperation with Tajikistan and other Central Asian countries, and showed their readiness to establish mutually beneficial partnerships in the future.
