On June 9, the Prime Minister of Slovakia, Robert Fico, was greeted with an official welcoming ceremony at the Kuksaroy residence during his official visit to Uzbekistan. A guard of honor was assembled on the residence’s square, and the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, warmly welcomed the esteemed guest and invited him to the podium. The national anthems of both countries were played by a military orchestra as the leaders walked along the guard of honor and greeted members of their respective delegations. Following the ceremony and a joint photo session, high-level negotiations commenced. Images from the event can be seen below.
