The implementation of China’s successful poverty reduction strategies is also being actively pursued by Uzbekistan. Both parties expressed interest in creating joint centers for technical education and studying China’s social protection and insurance systems. They also emphasized the importance of expanding inter-parliamentary dialogue and the activities of the Uzbekistan-China friendship groups. Furthermore, they discussed the need for effective parliamentary oversight to ensure the practical implementation of agreements made at the highest level. Cultural and humanitarian ties were also a topic of discussion, with the success of the Chinese Culture Days in Uzbekistan and the Uzbek Culture Days in Beijing being noted.
