The Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Japan and Japanese photographer Jin Akino organized a photo contest called “Uzbekistan through the eyes of Japanese tourists.” The event saw participation from 200 individuals and received over 1,000 photographs showcasing the historical and modern sights of cities like Samarkand, Bukhara, Khiva, Shakhrisabz, Termez, and Tashkent, as well as traditional Uzbek cuisine.
