The 10th Tashkent International Biennale of Contemporary Art, with the theme of “Art and World,” will be held from October 14 to 18 this year. This significant cultural project is organized by the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan, in collaboration with foreign diplomatic missions, ministries, and agencies. A press conference was recently held at the National Press Center to announce this event.
The 10th Tashkent International Biennale of Contemporary Art stands out for showcasing the works of artists from various countries around the world, as well as emerging talents from Uzbekistan.
The Biennale will feature paintings from over 40 countries, including Australia, the United States, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Sweden, the Netherlands, Hungary, Greece, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Serbia, Albania, Latvia, Lithuania, Türkiye, Iran, Algeria, Bahrain, Israel, India, Bangladesh, Japan, China, South Korea, Singapore, Russia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan. Over 50 artists from Uzbekistan will also participate.
