Tashkent hosts a forum with the participation of leading experts in world criminology

The city of Tashkent is currently hosting a forum that brings together renowned experts in the field of criminology from around the world. This international event, organized by the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Research Institute of Criminology, is being attended by representatives from various countries such as Hungary, South Korea, Russia, India, and Belarus, as well as international organizations and law enforcement agencies. In his speech, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Bekmurod Abdullayev highlighted the significant reforms and improvements made to the internal affairs system under the leadership of the country’s Head of State, in order to effectively address modern threats. The forum will also witness the signing of partnership memorandums and cooperation programs with representatives from Hungary, Kazakhstan, the GIZ, Montenegro, Russia, the JICA, and India.
