The city of Samarkand commemorated the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China with a grand event and concert at the Song and Dance Theater of Gansu Province. The event was jointly organized by Samarkand International University of Technology and the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Uzbekistan. Attendees included the local government, university faculty and students, as well as the general public. During the event, the Chinese Ambassador to Uzbekistan, Yu Jun, praised the strong and expanding relationship between the two countries, thanks to the sincere and respectful leadership of both nations. The event featured performances by the creative team of Samarkand International University of Technology and the Song and Dance Theater of Gansu Province. Additionally, the Ambassador had meetings with local government officials, media representatives, and students.
