The Central Exhibition Hall in Tashkent is currently showcasing an exhibition in honor of the 300th anniversary of the birth of Magtymguly Fragi, a renowned poet and educator from Turkmenistan.
Famous for his contributions to literature and culture among Turkic peoples and the world, Magtymguly Fragi holds a special place in the hearts of the Turkmen people.
His works are known for their deep humanistic themes and praise the generosity and nobility of the Turkmen people. They also serve as a model for promoting friendship and harmony among all people, especially the younger generation.
This year, the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly Fragi’s birth is being celebrated worldwide with the support of UNESCO.
The exhibition features works by artists from Uzbekistan that depict the life and legacy of Magtymguly Fragi.
It will be open to the public until July 26, 2024.
