The final day of the World Para Athletics Championships in Kobe, Japan was a success for Uzbekistan’s athletes. Qudratullakhan Marufkhujayev, a member of the Uzbekistan national team, won the gold medal in the F37 discus throwing program with a score of 54.11 meters. This victory also secures his spot in the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games. Marufkhujayev had previously won the gold medal in the shot put program with a throw of 15.68 meters.
