On this date, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan and President Vladimir Putin of Russia discussed ways to further strengthen cooperation and deepen their strategic partnership and alliance. They also talked about the progress made in implementing agreements made during Putin’s state visit to Uzbekistan in May of this year. The two leaders focused on increasing trade turnover, promoting cooperation between major companies and regions of both countries, and carrying out joint investments and humanitarian programs.
