LS Cable & System Ltd., South Korea’s premier wire and cable manufacturer, announced on Monday that it has been awarded a 113 billion-won (US$83.4 million) high-voltage cable project from Singapore.
The company will be responsible for the supply and installation of cables with 230 kilovolts and higher capacities for Singapore’s Energy Market Authority, while LS Cable & System Asia, its Vietnamese subsidiary, will provide cables with 66 kV and lower capacities.
