Samarkand State Medical University recently held an international conference focused on innovative approaches in clinical neurology and neurorehabilitation. The conference was attended by over 400 experts from top medical institutions and scientific centers in Uzbekistan, Spain, Russia, Turkey, the United States, France, Singapore, and Kazakhstan. Discussions at the conference covered cutting-edge technologies in the diagnosis and treatment of ischemic brain disease and other neurological conditions, as well as neurorehabilitation, neurosurgery, and other areas of clinical neurology. The event also featured a presentation on the prevention and treatment of dental diseases, jointly organized by the university, the Ministry of Health, and the Association of Dentists. More than 300 specialists from various countries, including the United States, Russia, France, Bulgaria, Egypt, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan, attended the event, which included masterclasses and presentations on topics such as dental prevention, digital solutions in periodontology, subperiosteal implants, and the use of microscopes in modern dentistry.
