The National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, spoke in Beijing at a high-level conference on interconnectivity, as part of the Third International Forum «One Belt, One Road». Hero-Arkadag highlighted the need for political logistics.
Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that global development is characterized by interconnectedness in the economy, the exchange of technologies, experience, skills and techniques, and the establishment of integrated technological and digital platforms and joint communication systems.
The Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan proposed the formation of a comprehensive and sustainable logistics of cooperation on a global scale, not only in the technical sense. He said, “I believe that the concept of political logistics is necessary today. It should be a multi-level system of interaction between states that share ideas and prospects for economic development and cooperation, free from politicization and ideological clichés, based on equality, mutual respect and consideration of each other’s interests.”
