To celebrate the 33rd anniversary of Uzbekistan’s Independence, Foliant Publishing House has launched books in Uzbek in Kazakhstan. The selection of children’s fairy tales, including “Three Bears”, “Elephant and Monkey”, “Tiger and Mouse”, “Boy and Swallow”, and “Sparrow and Mouse”, features Uzbek translations of Kazakh folk tales by Mukhabbat Yuldasheva. Additionally, Foliant has published numerous fiction works for children and teenagers in both Kazakh and Russian, as well as educational books and textbooks with illustrations. The publishing house is also responsible for organizing the Eurasian Book Fair, a major intellectual platform that brings together publishing houses, bookstores, printing companies, and educational institutions from Europe and Asia. This event is hosted by Nazokat Usmanova, UzA.
