The Ambassador of Uzbekistan, Farrukh Tursunov, engaged in talks with representatives of UNIVERSAE, a prominent Spanish university. During the negotiations, Uzbekistan’s higher education reforms and the country’s plans for developing its higher education system until 2030 were presented. In response, UNIVERSAE representatives shared information about the institution’s activities, goals, objectives, and future plans. Considering Uzbekistan’s growing economic, social, and demographic potential, as well as its friendly foreign policy, the university proposed the idea of opening a branch in the country. The Spanish side expressed confidence that Uzbekistan has the potential to become a leading educational center in Central Asia and UNIVERSAE is willing to contribute to this important endeavor. UzA.
