The Tashkent Grand Slam 2025, which is a part of the International Judo Federation (IJF) competition schedule, is scheduled to take place in Tashkent from February 28 to March 2. This major judo event will bring together top athletes from 5 different continents.
In light of this, the Uzbekistan Judo Federation recently held a working group meeting to discuss the preparations for the Tashkent Grand Slam 2025 tournament.
The meeting was attended by Abdulla Murodov, a leading specialist from the IJF. The Secretary General of the Uzbekistan Judo Federation, Aziz Sobirov, and other responsible individuals provided updates on the preparations for the tournament.
The importance of creating a conducive environment for the judokas, referees, media personnel, and spectators was emphasized. The meeting also addressed issues such as welcoming and accommodating guests, as well as providing transportation.
