During a visit to Budapest, Hungary, a practical plan was signed to strengthen cultural and humanitarian cooperation between the Uzarchive Agency and the National Archives of Hungary. As part of this plan, the National Archives of Hungary provided 70 archival documents and maps related to Uzbekistan. The signed plan includes joint efforts to research the history of economic, scientific, and cultural ties between the two countries. Additionally, the archives of Hungary contain valuable information about Uzbek soldiers and war prisoners during the Second World War, which will contribute to preserving cultural resources and developing long-term cooperation plans. Furthermore, the National Archives of Hungary has expertise in electronic document platforms, digitalization, and document preservation, which will enhance archival work.
