The Public Service Development Agency, working under the President, offers the opportunity for personnel to improve their qualifications by studying best practices abroad. This is made possible through collaboration with the Presidential Human Resources Office of the Republic of Türkiye. As part of this partnership, a group of civil servants from Uzbekistan are currently enhancing their qualifications in Türkiye.
The internship program, which is available to responsible employees from various government bodies such as the Agency, Cabinet of Ministers, ministries, and agencies, is a comprehensive learning experience. Its aim is to familiarize participants with the digital projects and innovative solutions that have been successfully implemented in Türkiye for the management and development of human resources.
Throughout the internship, participants have the chance to exchange experiences and learn about the application of modern digital solutions in their respective fields. They also study methods for integrating new employees into the civil service, and are given the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the human resources management departments of various ministries and agencies in Türkiye.
