On Wednesday, Seoul-based Boryung Corp. announced that its third-quarter net income had dropped to 12 billion won (US$8.9 million), a decline of 45.6 percent compared to the same period last year.
The company also reported that its operating profit for July-September increased 11.1 percent year-on-year to 18.5 billion won, while sales rose 5.2 percent to 208.3 billion won.
