Adventure Travel and Tourism Workshop

The Tourism Committee, in collaboration with the USAID Business Support Project, is hosting a special workshop on adventure tourism in Tashkent and Navoi. This workshop aims to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to cater to tourists from Europe and North America. The training for travel companies and guides will take place on November 18-20 in Tashkent and November 25-26 in Navoi and Nurata. The top five participants will be awarded scholarships to represent their companies and the adventure tourism community of Uzbekistan at the ATTA AdventureELEVATE Europe event, while another five participants will have the opportunity to attend the Adventure Travel World Summit in Chile. Registration for the workshop must be completed by 17:00 on November 12. This event is organized by the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the USAID Business Support Project, and will be led by Roman Bondarchuk from UzA.
