A Memorandum of Cooperation has been officially signed between the Committee on Innovative Development and Information Technology and the Digital Technologies and Artificial Intelligence Research Institute. This agreement was made known to parliamentarians and guests, who were provided with detailed information about the ongoing projects and advancements in the field of artificial intelligence in Uzbekistan. The main purpose of this memorandum is to improve legislation, increase public involvement in the legislative process, promote legal culture, and support strategies for the country’s development. Through this partnership, research will be conducted on scientific and practical issues related to innovative development and information technologies, specifically in the field of artificial intelligence. This will include studying foreign practices, conducting scientific studies, and educating the general public about legislative acts. The ultimate goal of this memorandum is to enhance practical cooperation between the Parliament and the scientific community, ultimately leading to a more comprehensive representation of society’s needs and interests in laws and increasing the effectiveness of democratic reforms in Uzbekistan.
