The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Italy held an official reception to commemorate the 31st anniversary of the passing of the country’s Constitution. Attendees included members of Italy’s political, academic, business, and expert communities, diplomats, international organizations, local media journalists, and Uzbek citizens.
Ambassador Abat Fayzullayev opened the occasion with a speech highlighting the importance of the Constitution in the implementation of reforms in Uzbekistan and the nation’s policy priorities.
The presentation that followed focused on the Uzbekistan Strategy 2030 and showcased videos of the country’s tourism and crafts. Representatives of Italy and Uzbekistan discussed the potential for cooperation between the two countries.
